This a Frozen ready to bake Jack’s pizza, with a beautiful golden crust. Layered with pepperoni, sausage and mozzarella cheese. You preheat the oven on 400° and you wait 15-20 minutes. Take the pizza out and let it cool. Serve
I visited a restaurant name,” Deli Market” to purchase a Red Velvet cupcake (which is my favorite). I began to wonder why is Red Velvet cake actually red?
According to my research, the cake or cupcake is a reddish-brown color that is originally from a reaction of the cocoa powder with an acidic ingredient such as buttermilk; however, red food coloring is often added.
My dad and I went to Sentry’s to buy some groceries. We went to the fruit aisle and picked up some strawberries. Right away we noticed they were huge! So I decided to measure two random strawberries before eating them.
And they were delicious! :)
This is how you make a low - calorie pizza.

4. Low calorie mozzarella cheese.
5. Assorted bell peppers and onions

Spray the pan with non-stick spray
Put the flat bread onto the tray
Begin to put marinara sauce or salsa onto flat bread into a thin layer
Put cheese on top of the marinara sauce or salsa

Put it in the oven for about 25 - 30 mins
(For crispier crust put the tray on the lowest oven rack).

“In 1970, Americans spent about $6 billion on fast food; in 2000, they spent more than $110 billion,” writes Eric Schlosser in his book Fast Food Nation. “They spend more on fast food than on movies, books, magazines, newspapers, videos, and recorded music - combined… On any given day in the United States, about one-quarter of the adult population visits a fast food restaurant.”
What does this mean to our health? Everything. Fast food is a high-additive, high-fat, high-meat, high-sugar, and high-salt diet. And what’s just as bad, it’s a low-fiber, low vitamin, low mineral diet to boot. Fast food is exactly the wrong way to eat.
I went to McDonald’s Sunday night to get some 10 Pc. Chicken Nuggets. I got the value meal, it was only $ 5.07. There wasn’t anything to drink in the house, so the medium drink became important with the meal. I noticed while I was eating the chicken nuggets I began to wonder were the nuggets really made out of meat. So when I started to get disgusted by the thought of fake meat. Instantaneously without notice, I dipped each nugget into the barbeque sauce and ate all ten. The fries was way to salty, it was like if someone emptied the salt container into the fries they gave me. But I ate every single fry besides the small burnt one.
This is a photo of a “McChicken” sandwich from McDonald’s. I paid $1.07 for a sandwich that had the most mayonnaise on it. But overall the sandwich was good, maybe less mayonnaise on it next time.
I’m Kayla and I’m going to research food and even prepare it. Throughout this entire blog I will explore all the food that interest me.
